- For monthly service plans, we require a minimum of 30 days’ notice for cancellation.
- For project-based services, we require a minimum of 50% of the project cost to be paid before the start of the project. If you cancel the project before completion, the initial deposit is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for any work completed up to the cancellation date.
We reserve the right to cancel services at any time, for any reason. In such cases, we will refund any fees paid for services not yet rendered.
